Welcome to Behind the Scenes Concierge. By using our website or booking our concierge services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Service Scope

Behind the Scenes Concierge provides event deliveries, transport, errand execution, setup/breakdown assistance, and pet concierge support across Central Texas. Specific scope, hours, and deliverables are detailed in each client agreement.

Bookings & Deposits

Dates are reserved upon receipt of a signed client agreement and deposit. Remaining balances are due prior to the event date according to the payment schedule outlined in your contract.

Liability & Transport

While we take extreme care with all items, decor, cakes, and pets entrusted to us, clients must disclose special handling instructions or fragile conditions prior to transport.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
