Our Story
Behind the Scenes Concierge was born from something pretty simple. I'm the person who notices what needs to be done and just takes care of it.
I've always been the one behind the scenes making sure the little things don't become big things, figuring out a solution when something unexpected comes up, and helping people actually enjoy what's happening instead of worrying about everything that still needs to get done.
That's really what drives me. I love being able to step into someone's busy, exciting, sometimes slightly chaotic moment and say, "I've got it. Go enjoy yourself."
For me, it's about showing up, doing what I said I would do, taking care of people well, and paying attention to the things that matter, even when no one else sees them. I want the people I work with to know that once something is in my hands, they don't have to keep thinking about it.
BTS has grown from that love of helping people into something much bigger than simply checking things off a to-do list.
We built BTS to be the team every host, couple, and planner needs but rarely knows exists, until they've worked with us.
Whether I'm helping behind the scenes at a wedding, getting a fur baby safely where they need to be, stocking an Airbnb before guests arrive, making a special surprise happen, or handling one of those random "Can someone please take care of this?" moments, the reason behind it is always the same:
